I checked this issue on your site and discovered a problem with your site's header template. Even when I took the correct procedure of translating a template and a page, the displayed template on the Arabic homepage was the English template. Please see the attached screenshot.

I also searched our internal documentation and couldn't find anything about this theme
I suggest you consider other alternatives. WPML is compatible with Elementor Pro. You should be able to successfully create header and footer templates with Elementor Pro.
