Background of the issue:
Have 4 languages with most posts. However, periodically I have to do it all over again since some posts have been overwritten in default english. This is highly annoying and make me want to leave WPML since what is the point? I rather have 4 seperata websites so I have to do it once it is very time consuming. It happens also with posts which haven't been touched for months and then they appear again in English.

How to avoid this. Included a screenshot of a post I most probably going to rewrite for the 5 or 6 time because this is happening all the time. It is extremely annoying.It is the german website btw.

No I am not duplicating them. The weird thing is only the title remains in the correct language and the body text changes. This happens also with one piece of text on the front page.
Did you notice any action that triggered the issue?
Also, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
