Hello, I am using a plug-ing and would like to translate few things. However the strings doesn't appear on the string translation area. I have tried to add them via the administrative area and still doesn't work for these particular two strings. How can I add them to be translated?

Thanks

Hello @irenef-7, welcome to the WPML support Forum!

Have you tried this method? What happens exactly, the string is not saved? https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/#admin_texts

If so, we will need to register it using XML code: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/#admin-texts - you can add the XML code to WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration.

If you need more help to generate the XML code please let me know.

All the best,
Diego
