[Risolto] String translation for DHL Express

Problem:
The client wants to change the shipping label/name for DHL in WooCommerce which displays as "DHL Express 2-3 business days" using WPML, but cannot find the relevant strings in the String Translation interface.
Solution:
We explained that WPML allows adding translations but does not permit changes to the source text, which is provided by the plugin itself. We also noted that the DHL Express plugin might not be WPML compatible. To confirm this, we suggested testing the plugin in an isolated environment.
