Hello,

I was about to take a look at your site, but I do not have unrestricted admin access.

I am not able to see your ACF Field Groups and am neither able to verify which plugins and versions are installed.

Please provide me unrestricted access to the site and leave me a short notification on this ticket once this is done.

Best regards
Andreas

Hello,

Additional to my last message:

When using our ACF Multilingual Addon, which adds translation preference settings for each field, you should translate the ACF fields with the WPML Translation Editor when translating each page.

Further, text fields should be set to translate, while other fields that do not require the translation of text should be set to copy.

There are only a few examples for fields that should be set to copy once, like for example Repeater Group or Flexible Content Group.

Now, it seems that not any WPML Translation editor is enabled on your site.

Do I understand right, that you are translating content manually on the WordPress Editor without using the WPML Translation Editor?

If so, then please disable our ACF Multilingual Addon. You will not need it in this case.

Apart from that, if you still run into issues translating the ACF fields manually on each page, you could try to translate the ACF. field groups.

For this you would need to mark them as translatable inside WPML > Settings > Post Type Translation.

Take note, that when using the ACF Multilingual Addon and the WPML Translation Editor for translating the fields, the field groups should be set as not translatble.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Best regards
Andreas

Hello,

The notifications should be sent to the email that is registered in your wpm.org account.

To help you faster, I've enabled a private message for submitting the debug information for this support ticket. Please see this link for how to get this information from your site and give it to us:
http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

I further would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better for a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “All In One WP Migration” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT

Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

The steps are also shown in this video: hidden link

Best regards
Andreas
