I'm trying to generate a translation jobs as XLIFF files and I followed the steps here https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/ & https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-desktop-cat-tools/configuring-xliff-file-options/ but the table on Translation Management > Jobs tab is empty although there are more than 28 pages pagination also on translation tab where I can download the XLIFF files shows an empty table too, I will share here the screenshots showing that

Hello,

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

Currently, you are viewing WPML->Translation management->Jobs where jobs for automatic translations are shown.

Instead, can you go to WPML->Translations, there you can download the xliff files, you can download xliff files in bulk numbers but I suggest you download not more than 10 xliff at once and while uploading back to the server limits can create issues.

Hi Shekhar,
As I mentioned above also the table on WPML->Translations is empty, I forgot to upload the screenshot of this page

If you resend the jobs to translation through the WPML -> Translation Management -> Dashboard, are you still unable to see them in the WPML -> Translations queue?

Please make sure that your user is added as a translator in WPML -> Translators, with the correct language-pairs assigned.

Hi there,
Yes, I resend it several times before I created the ticket through the WPML -> Translation Management -> Dashboard, and the tables are empty like I showed you on the screenshot.
Also about the user is assigned as a translator as the screenshot I sent it before yes I'm assigned as a translator although I see the tables are empty

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
