Hi,

This is a staging, and none of the core software or versions have changed from the live working site. The live site is hidden link, and the staging one is hidden link

The issue I'm having is a break in data between Woo Orders and Wo Bookings extension. On the live site, the bookings page looks like this: hidden link, but as you can see, it shows all linked orders and products. All looks good. But on the staging site, it looks like this: hidden link with missing order numbers, and it has set all bookings as cancelled, as shown by the Red Cross. Also, even though all these orders were taken in English, they split across all my newly translated languages.

Let me know your thoughts.

Regards
Billy

Dear William,

Greetings and welcome to WPML support. I am here to assist you with your query.

As you mentioned that the live site is functioning correctly, I recommend creating a new staging environment to investigate whether the issue is related to the migration process.

Furthermore, once the staging environment is set up, if the problem persists, I recommend temporarily disabling WPML to check if it resolves the issue with the numbers displaying correctly.

Additionally, I kindly request that you navigate to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting and utilize the following options:

+ Clear Cache in WPML
+ Configure Language Information
+ Address Element Type Collation
+ Remove any phantom entries from the translation tables
+ Assign translation statuses to duplicated content

We eagerly await your response.

Thank you.
