Problem:
There was a confusion about saving the options 'Duplicate existing media for translated content' and 'Duplicate the featured images for translated content' within the WPML settings.

Solution:
We recommend understanding that these options are not typical settings that can be toggled on or off. Instead, they are part of the setup wizard for WPML's media translation module. These options appear when you initiate the wizard by clicking the "Start" button. Once the wizard is completed, these options do not persist like other settings on the page.
