Otto spent three years providing first-tier support, devoting his mind and soul to helping people from all around the world make their WordPress sites multilingual. He responded to questions, solved problems, and made users happy every day.
After that, he worked as a second-tier supporter for two years, focusing on compatibility issues with themes and plugins. He led the compatibility support team and also provided support to our Language Service Provider partners and their clients.
Then, for another two years, he was part of the Systems Development team, where he helped develop and maintain the internal tools that our company uses to operate.
Nowadays, he is back to helping clients directly, solving any problems they may face regarding WPML.
An active member of the Argentinian WordPress community, he co-founded the WordPress meetups in La Plata and regularly attends the monthly meetups in Buenos Aires.
