How to choose your preferred support language

You can also set your language in your account preferences so you’re directed to a supporter who speaks the right language each time.

To set a preferred language in your account preferences:

  1. Log in and go to My Account.
  2. Under Account and Payments, click Preferences.
  3. Then simply choose your preferred language from the Support Language dropdown.
