This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the opening text of two Gravity Forms isn't getting translated despite retranslating efforts.
Solution:
If you're facing a similar issue with your Gravity Forms not translating, we recommend following these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML -> Translation Management -> Translation Jobs and cancel any in-progress job. If there is no in-progress job, proceed to the next step.
2. Edit the form in the original language. Make a minor change (like adding a space at the end of a sentence) and update the page.
3. Go back to WPML -> Translation Management and send this form for translation. Ensure to tick the checkbox, scroll down, and click on translate. You should then see the form in the translations tab.
4. Move to WPML -> Translations, take the form, and translate the page. Save the translation at 100% completion.
This method resolved the issue for another form, and it should work for any similar cases. If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
