Split: I can't connect the website with your account

Mihai Apetrei WPML Supporter since 03/2018 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Europe/Bucharest (GMT+03:00)	Hi there. Can you please let me know what exact steps you have tried? You should be able to create a new PRODUCTION (not dev) WPML key from here (https://wpml.org/account/sites) > then copy the key > then go to your live site's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > RE-register WPML with the new key. Were you able to try exactly those steps? Please let me know. Mihai
