Split: Need the credits that i used on staging moved back to my account

I was not able to find any automatic translation account for this domain: dev.liveinsardinia.com Did you maybe use a different domain or an direct IP? If you still have access to that site, can you please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > and share the ID that you see under this section: "Your Automatic Translation account id is"? Just share it in the private fields below - add it to any of the fields and add just add anything in the other fields. I will be waiting for your response. Mihai

antonelloD-3	I think I removed it when I went to live and removed the dev.liveinsardinia.com and added the liveinsardinia.com main domain.

For the site that you mentioned, I found a total of 65254 credits. Do you want me to move these credits back to your WPML.org account? You might also be able to move them on your own by following these steps: On this page (https://wpml.org/account), after you log into your WPML.org account, if you see the credits, can you click the "add/remove credits” button and move the credits back to your WPML.org account? Then, please go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) > remove the current site key > generate a new one > then go to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > RE-register WPML with the new key. Now, you should be able to re-add the credits to your site by following the steps here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/ Please let me know if that works fine for you or if you need me to move them for you.
