transferin credits from prepaid to automatic translation

tuluG	Background of the issue: I purchased prepaid credits for WPML but the system does not allow me to use these credits for automatic translations. I want to transfer all credits from prepaid to automatic translations as soon as possible. The site I need help with is hidden link. Symptoms: The system does not allow me to use prepaid credits for automatic translations. Questions: How can I transfer prepaid credits to automatic translation credits in WPML?

To use your pre-paid credits, you need to cancel the subscription at WPML > Translation Dashboard > Translation Tools first. Also, according to our system, I can confirm the following: - You deposited today 3x 90.000 credits, but they do not show up on your site. Taking a closer look, it seems as if you unregistered the site and then registered it again, and then you added again 274000 credits to the site. I have fixed this issue now. Note, that these are the current credit stats of your site: Available credits: 550.000 Let me know if further assistance will be needed. Best regards Andreas

tuluG	Now it seems like I have no credits! can you check again I tried to remove the site but when adding it it still does not show any credits...
