I've escalated this case to our second-tier supporters. We'll keep you updated on any news regarding this.
If requested by our second-tier supporters, please allow me to take a copy of your site. For this, I must install a plugin like Duplicator or All-in-One Migration. Please let me know if you agree.
Our second-tier supporter suspects there is some "leftover" in the site's database causing this problem. We want your permission to install the WP PHPMyAdmin plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-phpmyadmin-extension/), or a similar plugin, to inspect the database of your site. Please let us know if it is OK.
However, before approving this, please check whether there are any security measures on your site. I remember you said there are no such measures, but when I try to log into your site, I see this. Please see the attached screenshot. Is it possible for you to temporarily disable this feature and see if you can register the site?
If this is not the case, we are waiting for your approval to install the WP PHPMyAdmin plugin.
In addition to what I wrote above about the security measure I mentioned, our second-tier supporter said that this might indeed be because the site is passing through Cloudflare, so it would be a good idea to purge Cloudflare's cache or disable it and recheck.
Our second-tier supporter further instructed me to take a copy of your site. I installed the All-in-One WP Migration and Backup plugin on your site and obtained a copy. When done, I removed the plugin. I sent the package of your site to our second-tier supporter. He will investigate this issue, and we will keep you updated.
Our second-tier supporter finished reviewing the site package you provided, and here’s what we found:
1. PHP File Fixes
Some theme files were using short PHP tags (<?) instead of the full <?php opening tag. On most servers, short tags are disabled by default, and this can lead to unexpected errors and failures. To prevent this, the following theme files were updated (on your site's copy that we have) so they all start with <?php:
After applying these fixes and deploying the site in our test environment, we did not experience the registration problem you reported. Everything worked normally on our side.
3. What This Likely Means
Since the issue doesn’t happen on the copy of your site on our server, the cause is likely related to one of the following:
- Something in the core WordPress files on your server (these are not included in the All-in-One Migration package), or
- Cloudflare caching or rewrite rules affecting WPML requests.
4. Recommended Next Steps
Please try the following:
A. Reinstall the WordPress core files.
Go to Dashboard → Updates and click “Reinstall Now”.
This will replace only the core WordPress files, without affecting your content or settings.
B. Temporarily disable Cloudflare features.
Especially caching, transformations, or rewrite rules.

**** Important! Please make a full site backup (files and DB) before you proceed with those steps****
After completing these steps, please try registering again.
Let me know how it goes, and I’ll be happy to continue assisting.
