Background of the issue:
I am developing a site and received a message from the Wordfence plugin regarding the WPML SEO plugin.

Symptoms:
The Wordfence plugin reported that the WPML SEO plugin (version 2.1.0) was last updated on 5 September 2022 and may have compatibility or security issues with the current version of WordPress (6.6.1).

Questions:
Is the WPML SEO plugin still supported?

Hi there.

That notice is just a false positive. These type of messages are general and just let people know about the fact that there haven't been any new updates for a long time.

However, we will be releasing an update in the near future so the message with WordFence will be resolved when that happens.

The WPML SEO plugin add-on is not abandoned.
