thanks for contacting us.

Could you please elaborate a bit more? From where are the strings coming from? How did you translate them?

Did you run a compatibility test?
- backup your site
- disable all plugin except WPML and its addons
- switch to a default theme like TwentySeventeen
- check if the issue is happening again
- if it's not, reactivate your plugins one by one, checking every time if the issue shows up again
- lastly, reactivate your theme

Hello, this string is the subject of an email sent by WooCommerce when an order status has changed to Complete. I have followed Carlos recommendations but now the string is not listed anymore. I translated them from String Translation.

Thank you for your reply.

Once you delete the string you need to go to WPML -> Themes and plugins localization and scan Woocommerce plugins again, so the string can be fetched again by WPML and translated in WPML -> String Translation.

Could you tell me the results of the steps above?

Hi Carlos, I followed your instructions but the string is still missing. I hope that scaning WooCommerce again has not removed my old translations.

After doing what you suggested, now I have all my WooCommerce strings duplicated and my site is not rendering the translating because it is using the empty ones. Please check the attached image

This string is translated twice but the site renders the English version:

Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back-up the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

He intentado acceder al sitio con las credenciales compartidas pero al parecer no son correctas. Le pido que vuelva a revisar las credenciales wp-admin y edite su mensaje anterior (privado) en caso de ser necesario.

Quedo a la espera de su respuesta.
