Problem:
The client experienced an issue where the automatic translation from English to Italian disappeared and the system requested to use credits again, despite the translation for English and Spanish being successful. Additionally, the client was unable to open the translation job through WP-admin, and the translation editor was blank.

Solution:
1. We advised the client to cancel the problematic translation job by navigating to WPML > Translation Management > Jobs tab and then canceling the job.
2. We instructed the client to send the post for translation from French to Italian by going to WPML > Translation Management, searching for the post, selecting it, and sending it to translation.
3. We clarified that by default, WPML does not support sending a post for automatic translation if the original language is not the site's default language. However, the client can manually assign the translation job.
4. We provided steps to fix the issue by editing the translation post in Italian, connecting the post with the original language, and translating the original post in French to Italian in the Advanced Translation Editor.
5. We informed the client that it is not possible to retrieve the Italian translation that was already done and for which credits were debited, as the translation memory does not work in this case.
