Problem: The client is experiencing issues with translating Divi layout buttons using WPML on their staging site. The 'View Post' button is not recognized by WPML, and another button, although translated, does not appear on the template or live page. The client is also unsure about the correct settings in the WPML Translation Dashboard for translating Divi Theme Builder items. Solution: We recommend setting 'et_theme_builder' and 'et_template' to 'Not translatable' in the WPML → Settings. After this adjustment, delete the existing layouts from the Divi Theme Builder, ensuring to export them first for backup. Then, recreate and re-import these layouts, and save them again. Once completed, go to WPML → Translation Dashboard and translate them again. After reviewing the site's configuration and running some troubleshooting steps, we identified that the 'admin_texts_show_on_front' string was incorrectly translated in WPML's String Translation. We deleted this string and disabled the redirection, which resolved the homepage loading issue. We then applied the same solution to the production site.
