Si estás intentando traducir una página y en lugar de ver la página de traducción de WPML, te encuentras con una página en gris y no puedes avanzar. Solución:
Si te encuentras con este problema, te recomendamos realizar la combinación de teclas Ctrl+F5 para refrescar tu navegador y eliminar las cookies antiguas. Esto se debe a que hemos realizado algunas actualizaciones en nuestros servidores de ATE y refrescar de esta manera debería resolver el problema.
Si después de intentar esto el problema persiste, te sugerimos compartir las credenciales de acceso al sitio de manera segura para que podamos revisar la configuración.
Es posible que esta solución ya no sea relevante debido a que está desactualizada o simplemente no se aplica a tu caso. Si es así, te recomendamos abrir un nuevo ticket de soporte. También te sugerimos revisar los problemas conocidos relacionados, verificar la versión de la solución permanente y confirmar que tienes instaladas las últimas versiones de los temas y plugins.
