Problem: The client purchased 40,000 credits which were not appearing on their translation platform, causing concern about ongoing translations. Solution: We reviewed the client's account and confirmed that the credits were correctly added. Initially, the client had 115,000 credits, and with the additional purchase, the total should be 155,000 credits. These were assigned to the client's site on April 13, 2026. Currently, the client has 127,484 credits remaining.
