Am I correct in understanding that once content is translated, it is not translated until it is updated?
Or is the same content translated every time a user accesses the site?
You are correct: once content is translated, it is not translated until it is updated. You need translation credits only if you change your original content (add new or update existing) and it doesn’t matter how many time the sites is being accessed/visited.

Does the Multilingual CMS automatic translation fee include translation with the deepl?
Or does it cost extra?
Hello,
The CMS subscription includes 90,000 credits for automatic translation, which you can use with DeepL, Microsoft or Google translate, as per your preference
