This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: Since June 21, 2024, the client has been trying to automatically translate three pages into English and German, despite having sufficient credits, the translation process remains incomplete. Solution: If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend trying the following steps: 1. Attempt to replicate the issue on a staging site. If the issue does not occur there, proceed to the next step on your live site. 2. Deactivate the following plugins: - Head, Footer and Post Injections - Font Awesome 3. For one of the problematic pages, follow these steps: - Edit the page in the default language. - Add "V2" to the title and update it. - Remove the "V2" and update the page again. - Navigate to WPML-> Translation Management - Select the page and send it to translation. - Go to WPML-> Translation Management-> Translation Basket and complete the process. - Finally, go to WPML-> Translations and translate the page.

Background of the issue:
Since June 21, 2024, I have been automatically translating these three pages into English and Deutsh, stating that I have credit, and the translation is still ongoing. The site is under development.
These pages are urgently needed : hidden link ( en ) hidden link ( en ) hidden link ( en , de )
Symptoms:
Pages not yet translated.
Questions:
Why are the translations for these pages still ongoing despite having credit?
How can I expedite the translation process for these pages?
Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
I'm not sure why the pages are stuck, so I need access details to check the issue.
However, please try the following steps:
1- Go to WPML-> Settings-> Translation Mode
2- Select "Translate What You Choose"
3- Go to WPML-> Translation Management-> Jobs tab
4- Delete the "In Progress" jobs for the problematic pages
5- Edit the pages in the default language
6- Make a minor edit and update them
7- Go to WPML-> Translation Management
8- Send the pages to automatic translation
Please let me know if you have a staging site that I can use to check the issue.
