Connecting Your Website to Semantix

First, you need to connect WPML with Semantix. Part of this very simple process is to request your Semantix API credentials.

Semantix’s customers can get their API credentials by contacting their Semantix Sales Responsible. If it is the first time that they are contacting Semantix and don’t have a direct contact, they can request it by clicking “Get your authorization token“.

Sending content for translation

Once your site is connected to Semantix, you can start sending your content for translation.

Receive a quotation from Semantix

Before starting the localization project, the customer and Semantix Sales Responsible will decide whether each individual request needs a quote approval process before getting started or if the requests can automatically get started. Both options are possible and are decided by the customer.

Receiving completed translations

Customers will receive an email notification from Semantix Client portal indicating that a project has been completed.

Once done, your site is ready to receive completed translations.

Canceling translation jobs

The customer will need to notify their Semantix contact that a specific project needs to be canceled.
