404 errors hyphen and a number

annas-27	On our site after a few days, 404 errors begin to appear due to the fact that many urls are adding a hyphen and a number at the end of them. We are lost sales, cause big part of this issues are from products urls and important pages. hidden link ( if you remove de "-12" de url will be clean) hidden link hidden link * please anwser to daniel.follonier@rioandlearn.com if its possible.
