This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to translate "Add a coupon"string into French.
Solution:
Updating WooCommerce plugin to the latest version solved the issue automatically

I have translated all the strings on this page into different languages except French. I am unable to do that. Could you please help me with the French translation?

I checked the issue in a minimal environment by deactivating all plugins except WPML and WooCommerce, but the problem persisted.

Then, I updated the WooCommerce plugin to the latest version, which solved the issue.

After reactivating all plugins, the correct translation still showed, as you can see in the attached screenshots.

Please take a backup of your site and update the WooCommerce plugin to the latest version on your site to see if this resolves the issue.
