Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand what you're looking for. After examining the code for the Table Of Contents Widgets, I found that the notice "No Headings Found" is set within a JavaScript file in the Elementor PRO plugin. It appears that translation support for this text has not been implemented correctly, which is why the text is not available for translation. For more clarity, please refer to this screenshot: hidden link

Given that this is a static text, it should typically be accessible in the String Translation section if translation support is properly integrated. However, in this case, it's not appearing for translation in the string translation section.

However, to translate the text, translation support must be implemented for it. To learn how to add translation support for static texts used in JavaScript, please refer to this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/translating-the-theme-you-created/#internationalizing-javascript-with-gettext-functions. This resource will provide you with detailed instructions on how to make JavaScript texts translatable.

You can also reach out to the Elementor support team in this matter as the translation support needs to be implemented by their end so that the WPML can process the translation properly. Once the Translation support is added, you should easily be able to translate the text from String Translation.

I hope you can understand. If there is anything else if you need help with, please let me know. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
