This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was unable to use the 'copy code' button to transfer translation credits between their sites on Clerver.ch. They also faced issues with employing credits for translations, receiving messages to add more credits despite having them.
Solution:
We instructed the client to check the Automatic Translation ID via the WPML > Support > Troubleshooting section on their old.clerver.ch site. After identifying the available credits across different sites, we consolidated all credits to the client's current site. We provided a link to the documentation on how to assign automatic translation credits to sites: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/. Finally, we confirmed the successful transfer and visibility of credits on the client's current site.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also advise checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
