Solution: The issue was due to missing configurations for the plugin to function correctly in English. Specifically, the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) were not set up for translation. We have now configured them properly on your site. To complete the setup, you need to send all posts for automatic translation or translate them manually. This should resolve the issue. Please install Search & Filter Pro, create a CPT and recreate the page with the results, the same way you did on your website. Please note that the idea here is to verify the functioning in isolation, so please don't import or create any content, settings, or plugins that are not directly related to the issue. No seu site, você possui um CPT, um elemento de busca e outro de resultados, configurados no Search & Filter. Como a ideia é verificar o funcionamento do plugin junto deste conteúdo traduzido, você pode também recriar esta parte?

Obrigado por aguardar. Eu recebi retorno dos nossos desenvolvedores. Haviam várias configurações faltando no site, para que o form funcionasse em inglês.
Eu configurei-os corretamente no seu site. Para finalizar, é necessário que você envie todos os apoios para tradução automatica, ou traduza-os manualmente. Isso resolverá o problema.
Pode verificar se tem créditos suficientes em WPML > Translation Management > Translation Tools. Muitos dos “apoios” tinham conteúdos não traduzidos, pelo que a sua tradução necessitará de créditos.
