Problem: The client was unable to translate text from the 'Free Shipping Label' plugin using WPML on their website. Solution: We attempted to replicate the issue and confirmed the translation problem. Despite efforts to resolve it using standard methods, the issue persisted, leading us to escalate it to our 2nd Tier Support for further investigation. The client eventually opted to use a different plugin that supported translation effectively, thus resolving the issue.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
