issue with translation

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to translate text from the 'Free Shipping Label' plugin using WPML on their website.
Solution:
We attempted to replicate the issue and confirmed the translation problem. Despite efforts to resolve it using standard methods, the issue persisted, leading us to escalate it to our 2nd Tier Support for further investigation. The client eventually opted to use a different plugin that supported translation effectively, thus resolving the issue.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.

Our 2nd Tier Support applied the method listed here hidden link and he can display the correct Free Shipping translations hidden link I'd like to try that method directly on your Website to see if it works.

chrisostomos	Dear Kor, i find another way, i use another plugin with the same effect that can be translated. Pls we try the method of the company but it didnt work Pls ignore it i use another plugin and resolved the issue! Thanks for the help!
