This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with the synchronization of some menu items when switching languages on their website. Despite following the WPML documentation for translating menus, certain items like 'Home > Úvod' and 'About us > O nás' are not working correctly.
Solution:
1. Ensure you have a full backup of your site.
2. Navigate to WPML → WP Menu Sync and click the Sync button to review and apply suggested changes.
3. For unresolved items or custom links, use WPML → String Translation to add necessary translations.
4. Revisit WPML → WP Menu Sync and perform the sync again.
5. Manually adjust the menu in Appearance → Menus, ensuring each language's menu matches the intended structure and save the changes.
6. If issues persist, disable any redirections that might be hiding certain language versions of the site, as found in the site's redirection settings.
7. Address any visible errors in the WPML support page.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be due to specific configurations or conflicts on your site. We recommend visiting our known issues page to check for similar problems and solutions. Background of the issue:
I am experiencing an issue with the synchronization of some menu items on my site hidden link. I am trying to resolve this issue after a previous chat was accidentally ended without a solution. I am following the documentation at https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/ to translate menus.

Symptoms:
Some menu items do not work correctly when switching languages, while others like 'Gas springs' and 'Contact' do.

Questions:
How can I fix the synchronization issue with the menu items when switching languages?

Please share the access credentials to your site in your next message, which I have set private. That way, I can reproduce the problem and double-check the configuration.

Confirm you have created a full site backup that you can restore if necessary.

Thank you for sharing the credentials requested.

However, I haven't been able to access the site, it seems Spain is blocked -see the attached image-

Please remove this restriction and let me know when it is done, so I can continue.

1.- The Menu is partially translated. I'd recommend syncing the menu into all languages. You can follow the steps in this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/

2.- I found I couldn't see the English version of the site because of a redirect in hidden link that I disabled. After disabling it, I was able to see the English version correctly
