Hi!

So yeah, I have created test translator account and there were already 3 texts present to be translated (screenshot 1). I managed to get rid of those not completed through Job's tab.

How can I get rid of the one already completed (screenshot 2)?

Thanks
Matej

And when I was opening the email with the tasks translator would receive. There was an extra text there.

And if you could provide me with knowledge how to get rid of the 3 texts at the bottom of the screenshot. Two are already translated and third is a 404.

Thanks
Matej

Hi Matej,
Thanks for contacting WPML support.

The completed jobs can't be removed as there is nothing to cancel since the translation is already complete.

I think you can ignore the notifications in the email if those jobs are already translated, probably you received it before translating them.

Regarding the one that shows 404, when you cancel the job after receiving the email this will be expected.

Please try to resend the item for translation and check if the link in your notification email is still show the same issue.

Kind regards,
Mohamed

Thanks Mohamed. Appreciate it.

I have another unrelated question regarding Reusable blocks. I have one block that is present on let's say 20 articles. Now I will be translating those.

I'm using classic editor and can't translate them there. I tried going through String translation and can see only phrases of that Reusable block.

What is the best way to translate this reusable block and use it in a translated post?

Regards,
Matej

Hi,

For better support, we handle one issue per ticket so I've created a new ticket for the other issue you mentioned.

We can continue the discussion here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-translating-reusable-blocks/

Kind regards.
