This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to translate product attribute labels on their site from Greek to English using WPML. The main issue is that the attribute 'Ιπποδύναμη' (horsepower) appears correctly in Greek but does not translate to 'Horsepower' in English, despite the values being translated. Additionally, there was confusion as the attribute translation seemed to indicate English as the original language instead of Greek.
Solution:
First, we recommend following the guide to find and translate strings that do not appear on the String Translation page. You can find the guide here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/
Next, to correct the default language of a string, please follow these steps outlined in our documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/how-to-change-the-source-language-of-strings/
If these solutions do not resolve your issue or seem outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my product attribute labels on my site hidden link using WPML. My main language is Greek, and I have an attribute called Ιπποδύναμη, which means horsepower. The attribute appears correctly in Greek, but I want it to appear as Horsepower in English.

Symptoms:
In the translated language, which is English, the attribute label still appears as Ιπποδύναμη instead of Horsepower, even though the values of the attribute are translated.

Questions:
Where can I translate my product attribute labels in WPML?
