Background of the issue:
We are facing an issue with managing credits for Automatic Translation on our site under development. We have four production sites, with two currently live, and have purchased 500,000 extra credits.

Symptoms:
The dashboard is showing 0 credits, and we are unable to track or utilize the purchased credits effectively.

Questions:
How are the credits being calculated and why is the system not reflecting the purchased credits?
How can we track the usage of credits across our production sites?
Are the credits properly assigned to our live sites?
Is there any misconfiguration or limitation affecting credit allocation?
What is the expected consumption rate and how are credits deducted per translation?

Dear Support Team,

I recently added 680,000 credits to my account, but the system still shows 0 credits. I want to clarify that my site has no issues with translation; however, I am unable to track my credit balance and usage.

Please provide the following details:

Credit Usage Report: Breakdown of how the credits have been consumed.
Stuck Credits Information: If credits are stuck or not properly allocated, please investigate and resolve the issue.
Unaccounted Credits: Clarification on why the system shows 0 credits despite the recent purchase.
Expected Consumption Rate: Insights on how credits are deducted per translation.
I will not be sharing my login details, so kindly check at your end and provide the necessary details. This is urgent, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution.
