Background of the issue:
I want to translate my last page. When I hit the "+" to add a page translation, I get redirected into the page builder and not into the translation page.

Symptoms:
When I hit the "+" to add a page translation, I get redirected into the page builder instead of the translation page.

Questions:
Why am I being redirected to the page builder instead of the translation page when I try to add a page translation?
How can I access the translation page directly?
