Problem:
The client changed the language string for the portfolio archive page from Lithuanian ('projektai') to English ('projects'), causing an error in displaying portfolio single items.
Solution:
We resolved the issue by translating the slug via WPML's String Translation tool. After updating the slug, it functioned correctly in both languages. We recommend checking if the portfolio items now work as expected in both languages.
If the problem reoccurs, we suggest replacing the .htaccess file with the default WordPress version and resaving the permalinks using the following code:
