WPML allows you to keep posts that don’t have translations (or don’t have yet). In WPML settings you decide what will happen when your visitors switch the language for posts that don’t have translations (for example they can be redirected to homepage). So you can easily add your translations later. Also you can set the language for your current posts. By default they will get the language that you have chosen as your primary language during the initial setup (Polish in your case) but you can change the language for individual posts and also match existing posts (to say which post is a translation of which one). I’m sure you will manage to configure this easily once you have the WPML plugin insatlled. If not, please ask our support help.
