What happens if I buy your plugin (blog or cms), install ot, and after 29 days I request my money back? You say you will return my money back in 30 days. So i will have your plugin up and running and my money back.
Do I miss something?
You also say that if I buy, I will have support and updates for 1 year. After that year, your plugin will still work but I won’t have access to updates.
This means that you can always turn my plugin on and off. In the case of requesting money back.
What is your server have to do with the way that this plugin runs?
Also, will this plugin duplicate cells in sql? Because if it will do that, I guess my website will be very slow. (People tend to close a website if it dosen’t open in maximum 3 seconds)

yes, your money will appear back on your account and you will have our plugin but your WPML account won’t be active which means, no access to our support help and future releases. Yes, after the first year you lose access to updates if you don’t renew.

I don’t know which cells in sql you are referring to but WPML does create some new rows, one for each of your translated post/page and another one to keep the relation (which post is a translation of which one). This is the bare minimum required to store your translations. You will have 30 days to test WPML on your site and in case you are not satisfied, you can ask for a refund.

Every time you release an update, I will buy the plugin, install it again so I will benefit from the new features and then, an the 30th day I will request refound (as you say, I don’t have to give any explanation for that). So?
In case my plugin won’t work if I request refund, this means the plugin is connected to your servers (and that’s not cool for the general perfornace of my website)

Yes, you will get your money back. Please note that the refund policy is meant for users who bought WPML but it doesn’t work as they would expect. We would like to have happy customers. I don’t know why an honest person would use the refund policy the way you describe.

Hi, someone made this site for me. And now he is telling me that I need to pay the licence, since no license was needed in august 2015 when he made the website. Is this true? Or is he just trying to get a few extra $$ out of me?
I installed and worked with Polylang free version, however the website was taking 60 seconds or more to load so I had to deactivate the plug in. My question is if having installed Polylang first I’ll be ok to install WPML, or I’ll have conflicts or problems. Thanks for your help.

After we deliver it to them, Could They learn our api key or the file from the wordpress website we have just made for them and use it later for other websites that are not created by us? Shortly we don’t want others to use our wpml package that we paid to own.

Only you will able to use the key since you generate a separate key for each website (domain). And you need to register a WPML in two places: in your WPML account and on a WordPress websites. In other words, a key generated for a domain (domain A) won’t work for any other domain (unless the owner of the WPML account registers the other domain (domain B) as well in his/her WPML account). I hope it helps.

I use Woo commerce and wondered about the multi currency settings. If I was to enable these is is just for display purposes or does the actual transaction happen in that currency? I ask because I guess if it’s the actual transaction I’d need to have a multi currency Pay pal or other merchant set up?

You can display prices in a customer’s local currency. If your PayPal account cannot accept payments in other currency the translation will be converted to your PayPal’s currency. So we pass the translation to PayPal in the currency a user has chosen on your WP site, and then Paypal checks if you can accept it in that currency, if not then it will convert to your currency (using Paypal exchange rate). I’m sorry for not making it clear enough previously.

2. yes, you can. You will find a link to do so in your WPML account. Yes, you will pat the difference.
3. WPML doesn’t translate automatically. There is no such option in WPML. If you want, to can of course copy/paste automatic translations into your posts/pages but please note that Goole and other search engines don’t like automated translations.

In your WPML account you have access to previous releases and you will find the one which worked with MySQL 5.5 but we never recommend using old WPML plugins for security reasons. In case of any issues our supporters wills ask you to update both your WordPress and WPML plugins to the most recent versions.

I’m very interested in purchasing the Multilingual CMS Lifetime for our currently in development website. We are using WPLMS theme and I know it is compatible with WPML.

1. Yes. If you translate a page(post) using WPML, a new page is created and you can edit its slug. By default its slug reflect your page title (the same as WordPress posts/pages work)
2. We don’t have any converter from WPGlobus. If WPGlobus stores the translations of posts/pages as regular posts/pages, you can use your existing posts/pages but you will need to pair them manually – to point out which post is a translation of which one.
