Now my whole site is not running and a can’t do anything here because I have to purchase again, which I don’t want because I’m not need wpml any longer!

I can see that you mention another plugin th-widget-pack which is not ours. Please try this:
– Deactivate the th-widget-pack plugin
– Then remove WPML
– Then Reactivate th-widget-pack

The hint to deactivate the plugin was only so you can log into your site again. The problem that you reported is not coming from the WPML plugin, please deactivate only this one and activate all others. It’s really hard to share any advice via comments…
As Agnes pointed out, this problem does not come from WPML but from Theme Widget Pack (th-widget-pack) plugin. Your plugin calls WPML and when it does not find it as you have deactivate it, you have a fatal error. As you can see, this is something we can’t control,
We recommend you to deactivate your Theme Widget Pack plugin and reset WPML. Once you do it, reactivate your plugin. However, if it does not work, you should contact your Theme Widget Pack plugin author, he may be able to help you.

WPML provides an option (it’s disabled by default) to redirect the user to page in her languages (according to the language she has set in her browser) if the language exists. Please note that a multilingual site, when set up correctly, with interesting content (translated by humans) will bring you organic traffic directly in the language version the user performed the search in Google and such redirections are not needed at all.

yes, if your plugin provides the po/mo files with the translations for a given language and the user will set up this language as the language of his/her admin (you can do it in WPML), then these strings will be displayed in the user’s language on the backend as well.

To prepare for that I have done the Compatibility check (Tools menu), and the result from the scan for the WPML Multilingual CMS is: “Unknown: The plugin/theme was skipped as it was too large to scan before the server killed the process.”
We use these plugins that need subscription to be upgraded:
-WPML CMS Nav, version 2.5.2
-WPML Media, version 2.5.2
-WPML Multilingual CMS, version 4.2.7.1
Questions:
1) If we buy a subscription for WPML, does that include all these plugins?
2) If the WPNL CMS plugin is updated to the newest version, can you ensure that it will be compatible with PHP 7.3?

if you buy the Blog package you can register WPML only on one domain but you can always unregister the domain and register a new one in its place. If you buy the CMS package you can register up to 3 sites. but again, you can unregister them if needed and register new ones instead whenever you want.
In most cases, you can translate your page regardless of your theme. There might be some exceptions such as special themes that are also page builders (Divi for example).
So if I build my site using the WPML plugin on a test domain and then, for going live, have the whole thing transferred to the actual final domain, will WPML transfer automatically or will that cause a problem and I will have to set things up again after the transfer to the target domain?

I don’t know how you transfer the site but if you copy your database and file (doesn’t matter if you use a plugin or do it manually) everything will work. You might need to register a new key for the new domain and unregister the test one if you want to get access to new updates on your production sites. You can register and unregister domains as many times as you want.

If you cannot access your site, you might try to deactivate the plugin via ftp by changing its name to anything.
