We are currently planning to purchase and maintain a WPML license for our corporate website. Due to our company’s procurement and taxation requirements, we would like to inquire whether WPML has any authorized local reseller, distributor, or business partner in Indonesia.
Specifically, we would appreciate it if you could provide information on the following:
* Whether WPML has an official local reseller or authorized partner in Indonesia.
* If available, the reseller’s company name and contact information.
* Whether we can purchase a WPML license through the local partner and receive a valid Indonesian tax invoice (Faktur Pajak).
* If there is no local reseller, are there any alternative purchasing options available for corporate customers in Indonesia?
Your assistance will help us proceed with our procurement process while complying with our internal financial and tax regulations.
Thank you for your support. We look forward to your response.
Hi, we don’t have any reseller or distributor. The only place where you can buy WPML is on this site. We can issue our standard invoice, but we cannot issue an Indonesian Faktur Pajak because we are not registered in Indonesia as a local VAT taxpayer / PKP.
Support & updates says One year, does this mean I can keep using the plugin with everything included at the time of purchase after 1 year, just without new updates and support? Or am I going to lose functions like translation credits even if I didn’t use them all in 1 year?

I hope you are doing well. My name is Ian Moraga, and I am passionate about web security and bug research. I specialize in web penetration testing and offer consultations in this field. I’d like to know whether your website runs a bug bounty program or has a similar initiative for security vulnerability disclosure. Specifically, if I were to report a vulnerability such as XSS, RCE, CSRF, SSRF, SQLi, or others found on your site, would you offer a monetary reward or any form of appreciation, like merchandise?
Ciao Laura buongiorno,
I was reading through Rose’s question about adding a Spanish version to her existing English site, but it looks like her comment cut off mid-sentence. I’m actually in the exact same situation with a client
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in WPML. I can’t see any comment from Rose. Could you please clarify which comment you’re referring to? I’d be happy to answer your questions. I also checked your website, and it doesn’t appear to be a WordPress site. WPML is a WordPress plugin, so if you plan to use it on the website you linked in your previous comment, it won’t work. I hope this helps.
I am trying to decide whether the Multilingual Blog plan is sufficient for my project or whether I should purchase Multilingual CMS.
I am building a bilingual website using the Extra theme (Elegant Themes) and Divi Builder.
The website is primarily a magazine/blog with many articles. It also includes a WooCommerce-based product catalogue (no shopping cart, checkout or payments), used only to showcase products organised into categories.
All translations will be created manually. I do not need AI translation, Translation Management or professional translation services.
In particular, I have three questions:
1. Since the website is mainly a blog with a product catalogue (not an e-commerce store), would the Multilingual Blog plan be sufficient, or is the Multilingual CMS plan required? If CMS is required, could you please explain which specific feature of my project makes it necessary?
2. The comparison table says that the Multilingual Blog plan does not include Page Builder support. Does this mean that pages created with Divi Builder cannot be translated manually, or does it simply mean that the Advanced Translation Editor cannot extract and translate the content inside Divi modules, requiring manual editing instead?
3. Since the Multilingual Blog plan does not include String Translation, would this be a limitation for the type of website described above? If so, could you give me a few examples of what I would not be able to translate?
Finally, if I start with the Multilingual Blog plan and later upgrade to Multilingual CMS, will all existing translations and language relationships be preserved without requiring any migration?
Hi, with Multilingual Blog you cannot translate Divi templates and others strings, since String Translation is required for this. Also, Multilingual Blog doesn’t include the Advanced Translation Editor, you’d translate the page with the WordPress editor. All translations are kept if you upgrade your subscription, just keep in mind you can’t edit in the Advanced Translation Editor pages translated with the WordPress editor.
Our website needs to support the following languages:
1) English
2) Hindi
3) Marathi
4) Bengali
5) Odia
6) Tamil
7) Telugu
8) Assamese
On your “Supported Languages” page, we can see that English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, and Telugu are listed. However, we could not find Odia (Oriya) or Assamese in the supported languages list.
Could you please confirm the following:
1) Does WPML support Odia (Oriya)?
2) Does WPML support Assamese?
3) If these languages are supported, are they available for both automatic translation and manual translation editing?
4) If they are not currently supported, are there any plans to add them in the future?
Additionally, our WordPress website uses a custom theme with ACF Pro. We also have a React-based donation form embedded via an iframe from a different domain.
Could you please confirm:
Will WPML translate ACF Pro content displayed on our custom WordPress theme?
Can WPML translate the content inside a React application loaded through an iframe from another domain, or does the React application need to implement its own multilingual support?
We appreciate your clarification, as this information will help us decide whether WPML is the right solution for our project.
Hi, the supported language list is for Automatic Translation only. If you translate manually, you can add any language you want (see https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/editing-wpmls-languages-table/). If a language is not on the list, we don’t currently support it for automatic translation. Currently we don’t have plans to add these languages, but it depends on the request.
WPML is compatible with ACF Pro, so you can translate any content created with it. You’ll need the add-on ACF Multilingual.
WPML can only translate content saved into a WordPress database. Embedded content can’t be translated directly in WPML. You may want to check our PTC application (https://ptc.wpml.org/) to translate your React app.
I would like to purchase WPML, but I have a question.
I have an online store at https://entrietec.nl, which is currently in Dutch. I would like to create a copy of this store at https://entrietec.se and translate it into Swedish.
Once the translation into Swedish is complete, I would like to remove the Dutch language entirely from https://entrietec.se, so that only the Swedish version remains.
Is this possible with WPML, or does the Dutch language have to remain on https://entrietec.se?
You should be able to do it on your own, with the help of the documentation. You need to translate your site first, change the default language, then delete the content in Dutch, then remove WPML. If you are stuck you can open a Support ticket.
Hello,
I would like to purchase for the company I’m working at, subscription for Multilingual CMS.
we do not have PayPal, can I pay with a credit card?
Thank you.
Does the the WPML AI translation feature automatically translate all the existing website content upon activation and configuration? Does it also work automatically with the content from plugins, for instance the contente rendered by a plugin like Eventbrite Events Pro?
Hi, yes you can enable the option to translate all the content from the configuration wizard. Before the process starts you’ll get a list of the content that will be translated so you can check. Some plugins might need additional configuration but most of them will be translated. Eventbrite Events Pro is a plugin we didn’t test directly, so I can’t confirm how it works in this scenario.
Hi, once you add your VAT/Tax ID number the VAT should be automatically deducted. If it’s not, please write to hello@wpml.org with proof of purchase and we’ll reimburse it.
When using Google as the model/provider for your AI Translation feature, does this use Google’s Cloud Translation Basic or Advanced API, or something different entirely?
Thank you for your feedback!
Can I pay for 2-year period instead of 1-year?
Hi, that’s not possible.

Hello,
I would like to purchase for the company I’m working at, subscription for Multilingual CMS.
we do not have PayPal, can I pay with a credit card?
Thank you.
Hi, you can pay with credit card unless you’re from India. Due to RBI limitations we can only offer PayPal for users located in India.
We need 1 000 000 up to 10 000 000 credits. Please make us a custom offer to my email. Normal pricing is not suitable for this volume.
Hi, please write to hello@wpml.org with more details.
Is PayPal the only way to renew? I’m not being given the option of just entering credit card details to make a payment.
Hi, unfortunately due to limitation from Reserve Bank of India, we cannot offer credit card payments for Indian customers.

i am looking to purchase WPML for a 20+ language website. however i want it to be auto translated when changing language.
does WPML auto translate it and i can edit the translation when need without the ai translation?
Hi, WPML saves translations into your database so they always exists. You can edit the translations how you prefer.
Hello,
I want to purchase WPML living in the Canary Islands, which is a VAT-free territory within Spain.
How do I realise the purchase?
Because if I select Spain it automatically applies VAT
Thanks
Hi, you need to add your VAT/Tax ID number, and then the VAT should be removed. If you still see it, please write to hello@wpml.org
Our organization is based on the Canary Islands – which is part of Spain, but excempt from VAT becaues it’s an ultraperipheric region.
How do I book the purchase? Because when I select Spain in the menu there is no way to unselect VAT.
Hi, once you add your VAT/Tax ID number the VAT should be automatically deducted. If it’s not, please write to hello@wpml.org with proof of purchase and we’ll reimburse it.
Hi,
When using Google as the model/provider for your AI Translation feature, does this use Google’s Cloud Translation Basic or Advanced API, or something different entirely?
Thank you.
Hi, Automatic Translation with Google doesn’t involve any AI, it’s the regular neural translation from Google Translate.
