При отключении WPML плагина проблема уходить? Какой будет результат при временном отключении всех плагинов кроме WPML, WooCommerce и WooCommerce Multilingual? Проверьте также, существует ли проблема с любой стандартной темой?
Не могли бы Вы в первую очередль обновить плагин WPML до последней версии 4.6.6 и его дополнения, чтобы воспользоваться последними исправлениями и улучшениями? Это может не обязательно решить проблему, однако, чтобы решить ее лучше всего, работать с последними доступными версиями плагинов.

Custom fresh clean theme. This theme was used 9 years now and never had any problems like this.
Could you first update the WPML plugin to the latest version 4.6.6 and its extensions to take advantage of the latest fixes and improvements? This may not necessarily solve the problem, however, the best way to resolve it is to work with the latest available versions of the plugins.
We installed lateest as ytou can see in the video.

The WordPress itself and the plugins are constantly evolving. If there is no issue with any default theme, i.e., Storefront, that means that some of your theme's templates could be outdated and need to be fixed there.
