This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client's default website language is Arabic, but they have set their user profile to English to manage the dashboard in English. However, Elementor modules and settings are displaying in Arabic instead of English, despite the user profile language setting. Additionally, there was an issue with .mo files generation due to a non-writable folder.
Solution:
1. We directed the client to an existing support ticket that explains how to change the default behavior when Elementor defaults to the admin language in the editor: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/elementor-defaults-to-not-the-admin-language-in-the-editor/.
2. We advised the client to remove specific files related to Elementor from the "plugins" folder located at "wp-content/languages/plugins/" instead of renaming the main "languages" folder, as this could affect other functionalities. The exact files to remove were mentioned in another support ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/elementor-editor-interface-with-wpml/#post-9863547.

If the solution provided here is not relevant to your case, either because it's outdated or it doesn't apply to your situation, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. My default Language of the website is in Arabic using WPML, however from Users > Profile I set the language English to make my dashboard and everything in English while the website is in Arabic.

The problem is My elementor modules and all settings are showing up in Arabic, it should be in English as well. Since Users > Profile, the language is English

Hi there.

Please take a look over this existing ticket:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/elementor-defaults-to-not-the-admin-language-in-the-editor/

That will explain how things should be working and how you can change the default behavior.

I hope that you will find that information helpful.

I tried to rename a language folder from /wp-content it resolved the issue but in settings I'm getting

WPML String Translation is attempting to write .mo files with translations to folder:
/home/pmediawe/public_html/dev/givago/wp-content/languages

This folder appears to be not writable. This is blocking translation for strings from appearing on the site.

To resolve this, please contact your hosting company and request that they make that folder writable.

For more details, see WPML's documentation on troubleshooting .mo files generation..

Hi there.

As my colleague mentioned here (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/elementor-editor-interface-with-wpml/#post-9863547), you need to remove specific files from inside the "plugins" folder inside the "languages" folder (wp-content/languages/plugins).

You don't need to rename the main "languages" folder because that is going to affect multiple other things.

You need to navigate to "wp-content/languages/plugins/" and remove those specific files mentioned by my colleague that are related only to Elementor.

I hope that things are clearer now.
