[Закрытые] English missing from the navigation menu

Background of the issue:
I am trying to access the English version of my website at скрытая ссылка and expected to see a language switch in the main navigation menu.

Symptoms:
The language switcher does not appear when I change the language to English. It works correctly in other languages, but is missing in English.

Questions:
I contacted the support yesterday and got these instructions
. Take a backup of your site first for safety reasons.

2. Please go to WPML >> Support >> Troubleshooting page and press the below buttons:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- [Navigation Menu] Synchronize posts taxonomies
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables....
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Fix post type assignment for translations
- Set language information
3. If the issue persists, Remove the Menu Language switcher from WPML >> Languages > Menu Language Switcher section and re-add it.

I did all and the problem still persists. Help me to resolve the missing switcher in the English version
