I generated a new account key and unregistered the old registration key from the site. Symptoms: The new key is not being accepted and I receive the error: 'Unable to register: Site key not matching.' The 'Get a key for this site' link still shows the old key, which cannot be paid for. I’m unable to remove the old, transferred site from my WPML account page. Questions: Could you please help me resolve the issue with the site key not matching? Background of the issue:
Our website’s WPML account was transferred to a user who no longer remembers the login credentials. I generated a new account key and unregistered the old registration key from the site.
