Background of the issue:
I submitted 3 tickets to WPML for support regarding my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
I have not received a reply to my tickets from WPML.

Questions:
Why have I not received a reply to my tickets?
How long does it typically take to get a response from WPML support?

Classic Editor interface is not consistent for all pages. It has lumped all Elementor sections into one block. But the issue only occurs on some pages. Attached are some screenshots.

Can you provide a solution?

It would be necessary to revise the original content to be able to provide feedback on this matter.

I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further.

You can find the required fields below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, which means only you and I can see and access it.

IMPORTANT
Please be sure to make a backup copy of the website and database before allowing us access.
If you can't see the wp-admin / FTP fields, your post and website credentials are set as PUBLIC. DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.

I may have to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to make a copy of the website where I can investigate the issue further.

However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server yourself for this purpose. This step would only be required if the issue is replicable on such a staging site.

If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Just take note that WPML should be registered on this site again.

If you are unable to provide such a copy of the site for testing, please let me know on this ticket.

FYI: another WPML supporter (Lauren) already has admin access (from another ticket)

Note: 3 tickets were not submitted but of course did not get through. I've worked on hundreds of sites and forms. WPML's submit a ticket form is not clear or user-friendly (redundant questions, too many steps and now with AI – it was simpler before). I clicked on the button of the debug page and thought that was the end of the submission...

This is a duplicate test site (the live site is separate). You can do whatever is necessary. It's a client who does not allow server access, so no ftp access.

Send me your email address if it makes sense for you to have admin access.

I am sorry to hear that you have issues with the Support Wizard, but usually you should be able to cancel it and create your ticket manually.

The credentials which were provided to Lauren are sadly not longer valid.

The private reply form is enabled again. I would like to encourage you again to provide this information on this ticket specifically.

My apologies, but if we are handling the same issue on both tickets, then this is a duplicate and we try to avoid this on the forum.

Is there another issue which you would like me to take care of, apart form the one that you are already handling with Lauren?

Andreas, there are 2 other issues:

1. Each time I try to translate an updated page, an error comes up. And the FR language disappears from my translator profile. See error screenshot and link: hidden link

Can you fix?

2. When I try to save a translated page on the live site, the save button keeps spinning and the page does not close. See attached. But when I leave the page anyway, the page is saved.

Can that be fixed?

I just visited your website and I had not issue with completing the translations for the pages "test" and "Testimonials".

It sound like there might be an issue with your user account.

Would it be possible to provide me access to the account that is having this issue?

If not, would you agree if I install a plugin to take a look into the database?

I neither could confirm an issue with this user account.

Maybe you could provide some more details about the steps that you are taking to recreate the issue?
