You are now on version 4.1.2 and you tried to update to our most recent version and you say that you had no "fields"

Could you explain a bit better what do you mean by that?

The best way to test this scenario would be for you to create a staging site where we can test what's going on(we can provide you with one if you can't or don't know how to do it, just let me know)

Before updating WPML I would update everything else, too, because this seems like an incompatibility or conflict with a plugin or theme.

You can update the plugins and see the result. I can then return them. At the same time the site continues to work. Fields are hidden only in the editing mode of published records.

I see that all or most of the fields are related to the theme (geodirectories). Would you mind uploading the geodirectories theme to this site: hidden link

That's a sandbox site, which purpose is to solely isolate a suspected compatibility issue. try to add your languages in this site and see if the fields appear or not in here.

If you need to make more steps than just activate the plugin and maybe add a page, then let me know which ones are they, so i can inspect what could be the reason for this weird problem you're facing.
