Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and noticed an accent in the folder of my staging site. I want to remove it, but it is not related to the category translation. The URL in English is скрытая ссылка and in Spanish, it is скрытая ссылка. I want to remove the 'í' in the URL that becomes a string of incoherent code.

Symptoms:
The URL in Spanish contains an accent 'í' that is converted into a string of incoherent code.

Questions:
How can I remove the accent 'í' from the URL in the Spanish version of my site?
