Problem:
The client was unable to translate a dropdown widget on their website, despite having translated all the strings in the widget and the page.
Solution:
We recommended the client to follow the steps described in the WPML guide for finding and translating strings that don't appear on the String Translation page, which can be found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/
Additionally, we advised checking the plugin's official documentation for further guidance on translating the widget, available here: https://moreconvert.com/docs/integrations/wishlist-translate-plugin/
If the issue persists after following these steps, we suggested opening a new support ticket for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a dropdown widget on my site hidden link. The strings are all translated in the widget, and the page has been translated.

Symptoms:
The dropdown widget is not translated.

Questions:
Why can't the widget be translated?

The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back up the site before providing us access. If we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

To solve this issue I had to manually update the header template for EN and RO.

Can you confirm that the issue is solved?
