Problem:
The taxonomy "translation_priority" was missing on the client site.
Solution:
To fix this, you need to go to WPML > Languages.
There click on Add / Remove Language and click on the "Save" button without selecting anything else and wait for the Ajax process to complete.
Once this is done, please clear your browser cache and re-open WPML > String Translation page and filter by any domain that you wish.
Problem: The client was unable to update WPML Multilingual CMS, WPML String Translation, and WPML Media Translation through WordPress due to a connection error to wpml.org, specifically a cURL error 28 indicating a timeout when trying to connect to the server. Solution: 1. We asked the client to check the WPML > Support > Installer support page for two green check icons at the top, which would indicate a proper connection. 2. If any red X-ses were present, we recommended contacting the hosting provider to ensure that the following domains are not blocked:
wpml.org
cdn.wpml.org
api.wpml.org
api.toolset.com
cloudfront.net
