I created a single property page for the German and English pages that I copied using the Elementor template. However, the German and Russian pages are pulling information from the English page.
The single property page in German and Russian is pulling information like the description from the English page. It’s not pulling it from the German single property page I prepared.
I’m about to lose my mind. Please help!
Hi there,
Based on your description, this doesn’t appear to be related to Editor V4. Please double-check that both the Elementor template and the property itself have been properly translated. If the untranslated information comes from custom fields, make sure those fields are set as translatable in WPML settings.

Hi everyone.
We are Murcia Arquitectos. We work in Valencia, Spain and we have an issue with a specific tool. The “accordion widget” does not work correctly. In our website we like to see the blueprints closed using this widget, if the user wants to know more about the project they can display the accordion section. Unfortunately, this tool does not work as it was designed, it simply does not show the information is located behind, and if we switch the function to have the “accordion” open the plugin will work just for a few seconds.
This widget worked perfectly before WordPress got an actualization, we don’t know if it’s a problem with WPML or an issue with Elementor. We were wondering if you could help us.
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out. I visited one of your projects and was able to click on “ver planos” without any issues. Could it be a temporary or cache-related problem?
That said, if the issue persists, I recommend opening a support ticket so our team can take a closer look and assist you further.
Videos for Arabic translations are not being shown. Rest of the translations languages and media work fine. Thanks!
Hi Pablo,
Is this issue specific to the new V4 Editor Beta, or is it a general issue with Elementor and WPML?
If it’s a general issue, please open a ticket on our support forum, we’ll be happy to help.
Broke language translation in the WPML String one a few products.
Hi Tommie,
You mentioned String Translation, can you clarify how this is affecting your products since products are translated using ATE (Advanced Translation Editor)?
For that, could you please open a support ticket and include the steps to reproduce? That will help us investigate further.
Hi,
We cannot seem to update our home page. No longer lets us publish, shows “Error 500”. What’s going on? Is it a plugin issue?
Hi, please open a ticket to investigate this better.
Hi, facing this issue, and looks like it’s affecting REST API and JSON response error (especially when updating a post)
Hi,
Could you please open a support ticket and include the steps to reproduce? That will help us investigate further.
Hello,
could you please let me know from which elementor version this problem starts? I already rolled back to version 3.35.9 and i get following info on top of start page (home):
Warning: Undefined array key 0 in /home/grupsafp/dev.grupo-aligator.com/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/addons/wpml-page-builders/classes/Integrations/Elementor/DataConvert.php on line 33
I had same info with Version 4, and i rolled back version cause i thought the problems first start with newest version, but it seems over month there are no fixes.
I only get this info on start page, all sub pages dont show me this warning. If you know an elementor version where you are sure there exist no issues, i will roll back to this version, no problem, but more than 2 month and no fixes at all is strange….anyway, i also can send you the login details and you can check the page configuration from ur side, maybe you fast find a fix for this issue, would be nice.
Here i cant upload a screenshot, and i dont know if any other issue pops up when i start translations, the page is still at the beginning of development, and after i rolled back the version yesterday, i had not this issue, i was happy and thought it will work with this older version, but today i logged in and had same issue, thanks for info an help.
Hi Frank,
Elementor V4 is available since version 3.29, but it only applies if the V4 editor is actually enabled. Having 3.29 or an higher version doesn’t mean V4 is in use.
Since this looks site-specific, please open a ticket in our support forum and share the details there, and we’ll check it further.
Having so serious issues it stripps my code cost 1500$ and I add to 10 hours still working on it
Hello, Shanny
I am sorry to hear about those issues. Please open a ticket in our support forum so we can evaluate those costs and see if there is anything wrong on our side.
Thanks in advance.
We are experiencing a recurring compatibility issue between WPML and Elementor/Elementor Pro on a multilingual website, specifically affecting the Burmese translation version.
Environment:
* WordPress latest version
* WPML latest version
* Elementor + Elementor Pro latest versions
* Elementor cache is disabled
Issue description:
After a few days, the layout/design of the Burmese translated pages becomes corrupted automatically without any manual changes from the admin side. The problems include:
* Banner/background images disappearing
* Elementor sections collapsing
* Broken spacing and alignment
* Missing translated content blocks
An important point is that Elementor cache is already disabled, but the issue is still temporarily resolved only after:
1. Clearing Elementor cache
2. Syncing Elementor library/data
3. Regenerating CSS & Data
This is unusual because Elementor cache is disabled, yet clearing the cache and syncing the library immediately restores the layout. This suggests the issue may be related to Elementor-generated CSS/data, WPML translation synchronization, or template/library metadata rather than regular frontend caching.
However, after performing these actions, some recent content edits made by the client are lost or reverted, which creates a serious production issue.
Additional observations:
* The problem mainly affects translated pages created with WPML + Elementor
* The original/default language pages usually remain stable
* The issue reappears periodically after some days
* It seems related to Elementor generated CSS/data synchronization with WPML translated templates
Could the WPML team please confirm whether this is a known compatibility issue with recent Elementor versions, especially Elementor v4 architecture changes, and whether there is a recommended permanent fix or workaround?
Thank you.
